Corridor Cities Plan for Nature

The Cedar Rapids Gazette briefly mentions our collaboration to plant trees in a Cedar Rapids neighborhood in an Earth Day article about what Corridor cities are doing to plan for nature.

Who We Are

Green Iowa AmeriCorps, a community service organization hosted at the University of Northern Iowa, began serving Black Hawk and Linn counties in January, 2009. Our organization expanded to Decorah in October 2010, and most recently opened a Dubuque office in February 2011. Our valuable services enrich both the community and those participating in our program. This blog serves as a host for news concerning environmental issues at all levels of concern to our members.
